Apology

The Quebec Cycling Federation and its officials are responsible for the timing of all the stages of the Coupe des Amériques. They are also responsible for compiling and delivering accurate official results to be posted within a reasonable time limit.

Unfortunately this year they had technical problems that resulted in very late and inaccurate results hampering race strategies and causing unnecessary stress.

The Coupe des Amériques is sorry for all the delays that did occur. Racers should rest assured that the Coupe des Amériques will be working closely with the Federation to solve these problems so that they are not repeated in the in future years.

We apologise to all the racers and especially to the Champions that could not receive proper recognition at the closing banquet because of it.
